Blending Images in Photoshop:

1- Open the images you want to blend in photoshop and create a new document with desired size or settings.

2- Now arrange your images so that one image overlaps the other.

3-  Now align images so that they look something similar to the image below.

4- Now add layer mask to top image layer and use brush tool and paint around the edges of images to give it a blending look. You can also use Gradient tool.

5- Here is our final result

Try using different techniques such as Gradient and paint brush to give the image bledning different look.
